As for the changes in pairings, it was both round 2 and 3 which for some people with quite a bit of models in their list makes it quite a hassle that the changes in pairings should have been handled a lot different. With the event lasting this long over the years you would think at least making your own decent terrain out of styrofoam would have been better than what was provided. The felt mats I can understand if you can't have every table with actual mats, but the terrain set up and the amount of terrain was a joke. This was in no way a smooth tournament to be honest. For those who don’t know, iNcontroL was a legend of the game, first a StarCraft pro player and then the Evil Geniuses team, but for me, his best work came from his casting in various esports tournaments. Geoff was wildly successful in his career as the famous iNcontroL, bringing his charisma to gaming events around the world and entertaining us with his hilarious Tweets and gaming streams. Robinson was a StarCraft pro and one of the first players allowed to play StarCraft 2 during its pre-beta. It is with great sadness that I report on this devastating news today, as one of my favourite StarCraft 2 personalities, Geoff “iNcontroL” Robinson, has passed away at the young age of 33.
